Service
HIGHCREW Trading Pilot provides market-data visualization, trading analytics, educational information, software-generated signals, and related tools. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
No Investment Advice
The service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not individualized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. HIGHCREW LLC is not responsible for trading decisions made by users. Trading securities and options involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Access may be limited to the number of devices or sessions permitted by your subscription.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid access is billed according to the subscription terms shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled. Payment processing may be provided by Stripe or another third-party payment processor.
Market Data and Availability
Market data, indicators, signals, prices, and system availability may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete, or inaccurate. No uptime, execution result, profit, or trading outcome is guaranteed.
Acceptable Use
You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, share account access, interfere with the service, or use the service in violation of law or third-party rights.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HIGHCREW LLC will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, market-data errors, service interruptions, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
